Well the start of this chapter was pretty simple and a bit dull just doing simple tasks such as cropping, layer styles, filters and adding text with different styles. I ran into a slight problem with the star background in sky as it simply didn’t exist anymore in CS6 so I improvised with my own sky background using the random settings in brush settings.
This chapter soon got interesting though with the color matching across images and then automating a multistage task. The automation was really quite a pleasant surprise to me as sometimes I find myself doing very repetitive tasks that could have been automated with a script. The end result with stitching a panorama together was very satisfying as the image when separate was quite lame but put together became an epic photo that I would love to try with my own photos some day.
